Bespoke project management for the self builder and small developer

Everyone is aware of Health and Safety (H&S) however the vast majority of self builders and many small developers are not aware that they do have legal and moral obligations under the Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations 2015

This places specific management requirements in law upon any self builder who directly employs more than one contractor, certainly applies to any developer and applies to all notifiable construction projects. Ignorance is not considered a defence by the HSE so I can manage your responsibilities as follows:

    • Assess the project and ensure the required notifications to the HSE are issued in a timely manner.
    • Assess site constraints and type of work to be carried out and format the required Construction Plan.
    • Anticipate risks and hazards and provide required documention detailing how they are to be managed.
    • Manage your environmental obligations and the requirements for sustainable buildings.
    • Manage your builders obligations under CDM and H&S legislation thereby protecting your interests fully.

As a professional Project Manager I will ensure your obligations under the CDM regulations are met.
